Client engagements
Paid work is governed by a separate written service agreement signed before any campaign starts. That agreement sets out scope, fees, the definition of a qualified meeting, minimum term and cancellation. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement applies.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee a number of meetings, sales or revenue. Any offer such as a free month is defined in the service agreement.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
