What we collect
Business contact details of people we may contact for work purposes: name, job title, company, business email address and business phone number, taken from published business sources such as company websites and professional profiles. Details you give us when you book a session, subscribe to the WEAF Letter or contact us. Payments for sessions are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. For clients, the information needed to run your campaign and invoice you.
Why we collect it
To contact people about services relevant to their role, to run outbound campaigns for our clients, to book and hold meetings, and to manage our client relationships. We do not sell personal information.
The WEAF Letter
If you subscribe to the WEAF Letter, we store your email address to send you the newsletter. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed.
Marketing emails and unsubscribing
Every commercial email we send identifies WEAF AI and includes a way to unsubscribe. Reply "stop" or email hello@weaf.ai and we will stop contacting you within five working days.
Who we share it with
Service providers we use to operate, such as Netlify (website hosting and forms), Cal.com (scheduling), Stripe (payments), and email, data and analytics tools. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. When we run a campaign for a client, booked-meeting details are shared with that client.
Website analytics and advertising
This website may use cookies and similar tools from Google and Meta to measure visits and the performance of our ads, including whether a visit led to a booking. These tools may collect your IP address, browser details and pages visited. You can opt out of personalised ads in your Google and Meta account settings or block cookies in your browser.
Storage and security
We store information in access-controlled software accounts and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or make a complaint, by emailing hello@weaf.ai. We will respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
